If you live in a Gulf country, your residence permit may open an easier route to Tanzania. The rules below are by country of residence.

No GCC-residence exemption is established. Use the passport rule: exempt, ordinary online/arrival, or advance referral. Residence in a Gulf state does not establish exemption from Tanzania’s inbound insurance.
