Editorial standards

The rules we hold ourselves to, so you can judge how far to rely on us.

Updated:

Responsibility and named reviewers

The legal operator and responsible editor have not yet been confirmed for this publication. No named reviewer or independent human review is claimed. Source-review records describe the research performed; automated checks test consistency, not the truth of government decisions.

Minimum facts and review dates

Published public guides remain indexable. Missing evidence, unclear fee or stay scope, unsupported conditions, unresolved conflicts and overdue reviews are labelled for readers and added to the editorial queue. An indexing setting does not certify a visa rule.

The editorial review intervals are 14 days for fees and conditions, 30 days for eligibility, stay and entry facts, 60 days for mission contacts, and 180 days for passport procedures. These are review deadlines, not promises that governments will leave rules unchanged. An earlier explicit deadline wins.

Each claim uses dates from its own linked sources. Opening a mission contact page does not refresh visa fees. The review queue identifies what is due without removing published guides from search.

Passport and mission research

Passport issuance research is separate from visa eligibility. Publication requires an official authority, scoped first-issue, renewal and loss requirements, evidence for each requirement, and a recorded editorial release. Missing fields do not become assumptions.

Mission records distinguish confirmed source text, older recorded details, unknown fields and fields that do not apply. A missing visa-centre operator does not prove there is no operator. A country directory does not establish city-specific jurisdiction.

How to report a correction

Use the report control on the affected page when available, or contact@evisaguides.com. Include the page, the disputed fact and an official source. Do not include document numbers or travel documents. The email link opens your email app; it is not an acknowledgement of receipt.

When the report service is enabled, a receipt is shown only after the record is saved. Mail forwarding is a separate step. No response time or monitored-mailbox verification is currently published.

A correction must be checked for passport, product and effective date, reflected in both languages, and recorded in Updates when it changes a published fact. A source recheck alone is not a rule change.
