Privacy policy

We collect as little as possible. Here is exactly what happens when you use the site.

Your tools and choices

Passport, residence choices, dates and checklist ticks are processed locally by the tools. There is no account and no field for a document number. A journey link you explicitly copy may contain trip data; share it only with the people you choose. Standard web requests still pass through the hosting provider.

This release removes automatic page-view analytics. If completion measurement is enabled and you opt in below, the application sends only an allowlisted event name and language to a fixed endpoint. It increments a server-day count; no page URL, form value, travel date, document number, cookie identifier or visitor identifier is stored in that table. Counts are actions, not unique people.

The browser sends no referrer or credentials with completion events. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control prevent sending. Withdrawal stops future events; aggregate counts cannot be tied back to an individual. Hosting access logs are separate and must be reviewed by the operator.

Reports and external services

When enabled, the correction service stores the canonical page path, category, submitted message and optional email. It uses Turnstile and a daily salted connection hash for abuse limits; the raw IP is not stored by the application. The application removes reports older than 365 days when handling subsequent reports; this is not a scheduled deletion guarantee.

Google AdSense loads on pages with designated ad placements and may use cookies or other storage for ad delivery, personalisation and measurement. Google processes ad requests under its own privacy policy: How Google uses information from sites that use its services. These advertising services are separate from our optional completion counters. Official websites linked here have their own policies. Please do not put personal documents in a correction report.

How to report a correction

Use the report control on the affected page when available, or contact@evisaguides.com. Include the page, the disputed fact and an official source. Do not include document numbers or travel documents. The email link opens your email app; it is not an acknowledgement of receipt.

When the report service is enabled, a receipt is shown only after the record is saved. Mail forwarding is a separate step. No response time or monitored-mailbox verification is currently published.

A correction must be checked for passport, product and effective date, reflected in both languages, and recorded in Updates when it changes a published fact. A source recheck alone is not a rule change.

Completion measurement choice

If the service is enabled and you opt in, we count actions such as completing a check and opening a source, by language and day. We send no passport, destination, dates, answers, page URL or visitor identifier.
