    How it works

Choose your passport and add each stop with your arrival and departure dates. For every stop we apply the same rule as the visa page: the kind of entry, the stay allowed, the fee, the processing time and the passport validity rule.

The "apply by" date uses the longer of processing plus a 3-day buffer or the official minimum application lead time. Business days are accounted for. Passport validity remains unconfirmed without a documented counting rule.

The document list combines every stop and names each document once. The cost in your passport’s currency is approximate, at the latest exchange rate. The .ics file adds each visa’s last day to apply, your days at each stop and the date to renew your passport to Google, Apple or Outlook calendars.

Everything is calculated in your browser and we never store your trip. A link you copy holds only your choices.

    Questions

Is this plan enough to apply for my visas?
No. It is a planning tool built on our data, and it marks rules that are not reviewed yet. The official authority and your airline decide, so confirm on each official portal before you book.
How do I add the reminders to my phone?
Tap "Add reminders to my calendar" and open the downloaded file. Your phone offers to add the events, with an alert before each application deadline.
    What does "stay allowed" mean?
The longest single visit under the recorded rule. Some countries also count days over a longer period, like the Schengen 90/180 rule, which has its own calculator in our tools.
Why does a fee say "Not confirmed"?
The official sources we checked do not confirm the amount yet. We never show a number we cannot back up, so check the official portal for the current fee.
    Can I share my plan?
Yes. Use "Copy a link to this result" and send it; it opens the same plan. The link does not include your passport’s expiry date.
