Who this applies to, and exceptions
What can change this answer
Holding another visa or a residence permit, your age or your port of entry can open a different route.
These routes are conditional. Every stated requirement must be met; selecting a document does not confirm eligibility.
- Conditional · No visa needed
A passport or travel document showing birth in Iraq ordinarily permits free entry. Confirm the exemption with the authority and airline before relying on it where a nationality-specific entry restriction applies.
- Conditional · No visa needed
Children, including adult children, accompanying a parent born in Iraq can use the origin exemption with supporting documents. Confirm acceptance if an airline nationality restriction applies.
Apply online or obtain an arrival visa; permission covers the Kurdistan Region only.
