What can change this answer
Holding another visa or a residence permit, your age or your port of entry can open a different route.
These routes are conditional. Every stated requirement must be met; selecting a document does not confirm eligibility.
- Conditional · No visa needed
A valid conventional Russian visa may cover entry and stay in Belarus during its validity. Use an authorised crossing and a passport accepted by both countries; electronic visas do not cover the Russia–Belarus crossing.
- The document must be valid on entry.
- A physical visa in the passport is required.
- Conditional · No visa needed
A valid Russian residence permit can support travel from Russia to Belarus. Temporary residence allows up to 90 days per calendar year; third-country entry or exit can require an additional visa. Confirm the document category.
- Confirm document validity and use conditions with the official authority.
Visa-free; confirm the permitted stay and complete any required local registration.
