Upload a recent personal photo and a clear passport copy; complete the requested personal and residence information.

Confirm your accommodation
Enter hotel or registered host details covering the full stay. Complete an accommodation request within 30 days of notification.

Pay and await final approval
Pay within 14 days of the payment notification. Travel only after full approval; a pending application is insufficient.
5
Carry the current entry document
Use the issued PDF or Hayya app and check all dates. The old printed Hayya card does not serve as current entry permission.

Cash declaration: Declare cash, qualifying bearer instruments, precious metals and stones totalling QAR 50,000 or more, or its foreign-currency equivalent.
Duty-free allowance: The MFA guide lists personal non-commercial gifts up to QAR 3,000 and 400 cigarettes or 20 cigars; other restrictions and conditions still apply.
Medicines: Check the Ministry of Public Health medicine list and request the free personal-use permit where applicable. Apply at least 5 working days before travel; decisions are stated within 3 working days after complete requirements, and an approved permit is valid for 90 days. Prescription and medical report must be recent, with the original documents available.
