A person holding residence permission in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia or the UAE. Residence-based entry facilities have separate conditions from citizenship exemptions.
Does Gulf residence make every destination visa-free?
- Choose your passport first, then the Gulf state that issued your residence permit.
- Check whether the destination includes that issuing state and passport, and whether it specifies document validity or other conditions.
